At first I tried a paper and pencil model which worked pretty well, but then I thought, "You're a software developer. You can do better". • gives you visibility into what is changing in your life,
• gives you an indication of how quickly the changes are occurring,

• sends you daily e-mail reminders to log in to update your goals and track your progress.

The Transmutation Tracker gives visibility into what is happening and where a person's time is being spent. Big goals aren't usually achieved overnight, but seeing that you've made progress more often than not will help give you the confidence that your goal is "coming" more than it's "going" and give you the motivation to persevere.
